New Cobblestones Installed at Haunted Mansion in Magic Kingdom
Turns out it’s not just foolish mortals that are laid to rest at the Haunted Mansion, as a brand-new array of cobblestones seems to have been laid overnight, too!
Trudge on over to Liberty Square with us, and let’s all go admire the Magic Kingdom’s snazziest new flooring together…

As soon as you step up to the ghoulish gates of the Haunted Mansion, you can see that the floor is looking a little confusing.

I mean, sure, with a manor that intimidating looming in the distance, I wouldn’t be too shocked if you told me the floor wasn’t what you were looking at.
But, if you do happen to look down, you’ll see that the red-and-black floor is looking a little different!

Previously, this area in front of the gate was comprised of bricks, laid out in swirled patterns as guests entered the queue.
Now, it seems to be a plain black bubble of tarmac!

Peculiar, right?
Well, if you think that’s different-looking, just wait until you step further towards the attraction…

New cobblestones!

Yep, a new swirling of freshly-laid bricks has been arranged in the queue area for Haunted Mansion.
And wow, we have to say, it sure does look rather trippy!

Previously, these bricks were more of a red shade.
Now they’re black, it makes us feel appropriately dizzy to gaze upon them. It’s certainly a disorientating feeling, which is perfect to get us into the creepy vibes of the Haunted Mansion!

Looking at the area, it would seem that this work is ongoing, as it would appear space to fill is still available along the path.
Thankfully, the attraction itself isn’t affected by this ghostly construction, and we’ll keep eagerly watching to see any more updates as the days go by.
For now, don’t be too disturbed by this mind-boggling new look at the mansion!
