Double the Splash! Blizzard Beach and Typhoon Lagoon Now Open Simultaneously
Get ready, Disney fans! It is time to beat the heat and soak up the sun. Disney’s Blizzard Beach reopens today…and Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon remains open, too!

As part of Blizzard Beach’s 30th anniversary and Cool Kid Summer, both water parks are now open! That means all six Walt Disney World parks will be open simultaneously this summer.

For the first time in six years, both Typhoon Lagoon and Blizzard Beach are open at the same time.

Since 2019, Disney has alternated seasonal refurbishments between Typhoon Lagoon and Blizzard Beach, so only one water park has been open at once.

Just a few weeks ago, Disney announced that Typhoon Lagoon and Blizzard Beach will both be open daily from May 21 through September 7, 2025.
Blizzard Beach was temporarily closed for refurbishment, but today, it officially reopened.

Zip down water slides, relax in Melt-Away Bay, or check out the Ski Patrol Training Camp! There is plenty to experience and something fun for the whole family.
