‘Disney: Villains Unfairly Ever After’ Mural Is Coming to Life in Hollywood Studios
With Cool Kid Summer set to kick off at Walt Disney World on May 27, things are starting to heat up across the resort.
The epicenter of the summer festivities will be Disney’s Hollywood Studios, where both Disney Villains: Unfairly Ever After and The Little Mermaid — A Musical Adventure will finally debut!
If you have been reading along here at MickeyBlog, you know there has been a ton of activity at Hollywood Studios as the park prepares for the news shows’ arrival.
The last time we checked in, we brought you the news that the new Little Mermaid marquee had arrived.
Now, we have an update from Sunset Showcase.
Words Are Being Added to the ‘Unfairly Ever After’ Mural
When traveling down Sunset Boulevard at Disney’s Hollywood Studios this afternoon, we were thrilled to see work being done on the Disney Villains: Unfairly Ever After mural.
Last week, the mural’s backdrop had been created, but the image was still blank.
Now, the crew is adding the wording to the mural!
Here is another look at the current status.
As you can see, the crews are painting the large “Villains” that will soon adorn Sunset Showcase.
Elsewhere, the few remaining Lightning McQueen’s Racing Academy signs have been removed.
The nearby wall has also been updated!
The Attraction Will Open Next Week
With Disney Villains: Unfairly Ever After set to debut in one week, we won’t have to wait long to finally see the show!
