The First ‘Zootopia 2’ Trailer Will Be Released TOMORROW

While much attention is (rightly) being paid to Disney’s Lilo & Stitch, which will hit theaters next weekend, it won’t be long before we have another animated blockbuster on our hands.

On November 26, 2025, audiences will be reunited with Judy Hopps and Nick Wilde when Zootopia 2 hits theaters.

Originally announced at last year’s D23: The Ultimate Disney Fan Event, Zootopia 2 will find Nick and Judy on the “twisting trail of a mysterious reptile who arrives in Zootopia and turns the mammal metropolis upside down.”

“To crack the case, Judy and Nick must go undercover to unexpected new parts of town, where their growing partnership is tested like never before,” the synopsis explains.

We Learned More About the Film Earlier This Year

Since Zootopia 2‘s initial announcement, new details about the film have slowly emerged. Alongside a host of familiar faces, the sequel will also introduce the audience (and Zootopia) to its first reptilian resident: Gary the Snake (Ke Huy Quan).

Additionally, at CinemaCon, audiences got a preview of a scene in which Nick and Judy attend a partner’s therapy session overseen by Fuzzbee (Quinta Brunson).

In another scene, Judy and Nick go on holiday to a marsh resort!

Outside of these details, however, the larger plot of Zootopia 2 has been kept under wraps
