Mickey’s Magical Friendship Faire Will NOT Be Performed at Magic Kingdom This Week
With all the excitement about the upcoming debut of Disney Starlight: Dream the Night Away, it is easy to forget about the Magic Kingdom’s other entertainment offerings.
Every day, guests visiting Walt Disney World’s premier park can enjoy the Festival of Fantasy Parade and end the night with Happily Ever After.
Finally, there is Mickey’s Magical Friendship Faire.
‘Mickey’s Magical Friendship Faire’
Debuting as part of Walt Disney World’s 50th anniversary celebration, Mickey’s Magical Friendship Faire celebrates some of Disney’s most beloved stories.
In the show, Mickey and his Merry Makers throw a party, inviting guests to celebrate with them. Characters from Tangled, The Princess and the Frog, and Frozen join the festivities.
Taking place throughout the day in front of Cinderella Castle, the show has become beloved.
If you have little kids, you know how exciting the show can be!
The Show Will Not Be Performed This Week
Unfortunately, it looks like guests visiting Magic Kingdom this week are going to be without Mickey’s Magical Friendship Faire.
A quick look at the Walt Disney World calendar shows that the park’s castle show has no showtimes through the end of the week.
Thankfully, on Monday, May 19, the show will return!
Disney has not announced any reason for suspending Mickey’s Magical Friendship Faire at this time, but if we had to guess, they are likely doing a quick refurb!
