It’s time to celebrate Disneyland’s 70th anniversary! The festivities kick off today, and there is special entertainment, food, merchandise, and so much more.

Check out the new 50-foot sculpture inspired by Sleeping Beauty Castle at Disneyland Resort! It’s in the esplanade between Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park.

It has colorful glass panels and golden charms that represent the five original lands of Disneyland.

On the base, one side says “Disneyland 70” with Mickey and Minnie and other characters…

…while the other side says “Celebrate Happy” with several characters.

The top of the sculpture features flags and gold emblems representing the original lands of Disneyland, including Frontierland, Fantasyland, Tomorrowland, Main Street, U.S.A., and Adventureland.
