The Beak and Barrel is the new and immersive tavern experience coming to Magic Kingdom in late 2025.
Inspired by the stories of Captain Merry Goldwyn and her talkative parrot, Rummy, this spot promises Tortuga-style fun, sing-alongs, storytelling, and magical surprises.
Confirmed: Alcohol and Reservations
MickeyBlog recently reported that yes, alcohol will be served at The Beak and Barrel.
According to Disney, the menu at Beak and Barrel will include “tasty options for pirates of all ages” and refreshing cocktails for guests 21 and over. This makes Beak and Barrel one of the very few places in Magic Kingdom to enjoy a boozy beverage!

In addition, we confirmed that guests could make advance reservations, and they are strongly recommended. Reservations for Beak and Barrel will be limited to 45 minutes inside the tavern.
Party-Perfect Timing
The fact that this experience is available during Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party makes it super exciting!
It’s the perfect spooky stop to pair with trick-or-treating, fireworks, and your favorite Halloween character sightings.
