DETAILS Announced for Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party in Disney World!
Can you believe that we’re already over halfway to Halloween?! Actually, since Disney World starts celebrating in August, we’re way closer than halfway, and a bunch of Halloween announcements are being made right now!

Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party
Disney just announced the dates for Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party at Magic Kingdom this year. They also shared a bunch of details about the upcoming party — let’s take a look!
Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party 2025
For those who don’t know, Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party is a separately ticketed event that happens on select nights at Magic Kingdom from August through October (see the full list of dates right here). It features exclusive entertainment, food, photo opportunities, merchandise, character greetings, and more!

Disney has confirmed some of the details of this year’s party, so let’s break it down.
Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party Tickets
Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party ticket prices will vary per date and will be available for purchase starting on May 15th for guests staying at select Disney World Resort hotels, Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Hotels, and Shades of Green.

Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party
Tickets will be available starting on May 22nd for all other guests. And, if you’re an Annual Passholder or Disney Vacation Club Member, you can get a discount! Read more about buying tickets right here.
Exclusive Character Greetings
You can once again meet Sally and Jack Skellington at Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party! And, for the first time ever, Mickey and Minnie Mouse will be meeting and greeting guests together in their Halloween costumes at Town Square Theater.

You may also see new and returning Disney Villains appear around the park! Disney will share more on which characters you can meet soon.
Trick-or-Treating
There will be over a dozen treat trails in Magic Kingdom where you can trick-or-treat during the party! And, this year, guests can expect even more fun than ever before with some familiar (and fiendish) faces surprising guests along the trails.

Trick-or-Treat Bag 2024
Each stop will have cast members giving out handfuls of Mars Wrigley favorites like M&Ms, Snickers, and Starburst. Don’t forget — each guest will receive a complimentary treat bag for candy collection! If you have food allergies, no worries, because you can get a teal bag from a cast member and collect teal tokens along the trail to redeem at allergy-free candy at Allergy-Friendly Centers.
Mickey’s Boo-to-You Halloween Parade
Mickey’s Boo-to-You Parade is returning to the party this year! Get ready for waltzing ghosts, Disney Princesses, and treacherous villains. You can also see rare characters like Pain & Panic from Disney’s Hercules, and Vanellope from Wreck-It Ralph.
In 2025, Mickey’s Boo-to-You Parade will again take place at 8:15PM.
Hocus Pocus Villain Spelltacular
Another returning entertainment offering is the Hocus Pocus Villain Spelltacular! The Sanderson Sisters will take to the Cinderella Castle stage along with Hades, Cruella De Vil, Jafar, Dr. Facilier, and The Evil Queen.

Guests will help add ingredients to the cauldron with lots of clapping and singing along!
Disney’s Not So Spooky Spectacular
You can also expect to see the returning fireworks show at Cinderella Castle! Jack Skellington is your host and he’s transformed the castle into a haunted house.
You can watch as Zero leads Mickey and Friends inside, where spiderwebs, skeletons and Grim Grinning Ghosts await! There will be projections transforming the castle into a spooky fantasy along with some fireworks in the sky.
The show will include Ursula, The Queen of Hearts, and Oogie Boogie!
Stay Tuned: Food, New Merch, and Lively Cadavers
A few of the rides will be getting a spooky overlay for the party — Disney has confirmed Mad Tea Party, Space Mountain, and Monsters Inc. Laugh Floor will be getting overlays. You can read more about the details right here!

There will also be a NEW dance party with the music and moves of Zombies 4: Daw of the Vampires and more Zombies fan favorites at Rockettower Plaza Stage. And, you can boogie with your Disney Jr. favorites at the Disney Jr. Jam at Cosmic Ray’s Starlight Café.
The Cadaver Dans will also be back again this year at the party!
Disney also said to stay tuned for the new menu of specialty Halloween food and drink for the party, so we’ll keep you updated on that when the Foodie Guide is released! But, we do know that a few items are confirmed to be returning to the party — you can see which ones right here.
