A Spectacular New Mural Has Been Unveiled for the Disneyland 70th Anniversary Celebration!
Disneyland’s highly-anticipated 70th Anniversary Celebration officially begins this May 16th – but the fabulous festive feeling is already sweeping through every part of the resort!
With colorful decorations hung at every corner, all commemorating seven decades of pure Disney Parks magic, we’d say it’s impossible not to feel caught up in celebration!
However, today a brand-new piece of celebratory artwork was revealed – and we think it’s one of the most spectacular sights we’ve seen so far this season.

Downtown Disney 70th Anniversary Mural
How beautiful is this mural?
We’re over at Downtown Disney, where a wall on the south entrance to the district has been completely transformed by a sea of color, culture, and celebration.
This bold, eye-catching mural depicts a colorful Downtown Disney scene, with guests exploring a world of wonder and imagination beneath the area’s iconic skyline.
If you look closely, you’ll see the Monorail zooming overhead, with music notes also traveling through the air from the stage. There’s flowers blooming, water features flowing, Hidden Mickeys peeping out, and fireworks lighting up the night sky! World of Color can be seen glowing in the distance, along with Maleficent’s evil roar… but it’s the sparkling Pixie Dust sprinkled by Tinker Bell which really seems to tie the whole scene together with Disney Magic.
