We’re here at the Disneyland Resort, checking out everything new! (Thanks to the Disneyland Resort 70th Anniversary, there’s a lot.)

Today, we spotted anniversary-themed souvenirs, window displays, murals, and so much more. But the event isn’t limited to just the parks and Downtown Disney–let’s check out what’s going on at the resort hotels!

Let’s start at the Disneyland Hotel!

Over here, hotel guests–and those passing through–can snap a picture with a new background! The wall features the hotel’s logo and the “70” logo, along with Goofy, Pluto, Daisy, Mickey, Donald, Minnie, Clarabelle, Chip, and Dale, all dressed in their anniversary outfits. The background is also decorated with a cake and park logos, including Sleeping Beauty Castle, Batuu, Space Mountain, and more iconic landmarks.

Now, let’s head over to the lobby of the Grand Californian Hotel & Spa! (This fireplace area is our favorite place to be after a long day in the parks.)

Above this sitting area, there’s a golden “70” medallion–similar to the one on Sleeping Beauty Castle. The medallion is accented with a gold background, which hangs directly behind it.
