NEW Limited-Time Food Arrives at Summer House on the Lake in Disney Springs!

And, we just found out about some limited-time menu items coming to one Disney Springs spot — let’s talk about it!
Summer House Limited-Time Specials
Some new, limited-time specials are now available at Summer House on the Lake!

These are available from May 8th through May 13th.

First up, we have some brunch features like the Crab & Asparagus Benedict with poached eggs, capers, and hollandaise. You can also get the Crispy Lemon-Vanilla Waffle with raspberry-rhubarb compote and chantilly cream.

The other seasonal features available include the Smoked Salmon Salad with roasted beets, chives, and crispy potatoes; Avocado & Fresh Ricotta Pizza with pesto and lemon; and Roasted Alaskan Halibut ‘Oscar’ with lump crab, hollandaise, and asparagus.
