FIRST LOOK: New Cool Kid Summer Maps Will Debut at Disney World Later This Month
If you have been reading along here at MickeyBlog, you know that this summer is going to be an amazing time to visit Walt Disney World.
Over the last several weeks, The Most Magical Place on Earth has slowly but surely revealed its plans for Cool Kid Summer, which will see the park and resorts infused with a little extra Disney magic.
In addition to the opening of Disney Villains: Unfairly Ever After and The Little Mermaid – A Musical Adventure at Disney’s Hollywood Studios and the debut of Disney Starlight: Dream the Night Away at Magic Kingdom. Disney has limited-time magic in store for fans visiting the resort this summer!
New Cool Kid Summer Maps Are on the Way
To help guests navigate all the festive fun taking place at Walt Disney World, the resort will soon introduce Cool Kid Summer maps for each of the four theme parks.
At a special media event today, MickeyTravels was able to get an exclusive preview of the new maps and get a better idea of what Disney has in store!

Let’s take a closer look!
Disney’s Hollywood Studios
We will start by checking out the new experiences coming to Disney’s Hollywood Studios!
The new maps are highly stylized, and there is a special Cool Kid Summer scavenger hunt on the back!
The pamphlet contains helpful tips for adults and a complete list of characters that families can meet.
Does that say Clarabelle is coming to Hollywood Studios?!
EPCOT
Moving over to EPCOT, the new Cool Kids Summer map has another unique scavenger hunt.
Once again, the inside of the map highlights character meet and greets.
Additionally, it lists both the Ducktales World Showcase Adventure and Luminous: The Symphony of Us.
Disney’s Animal Kingdom
Unlike the first two maps, the Disney Animal Kingdom pamphlet is described as an Adventure Guide and does not include a scavenger hunt.
The inside of the map, however, still highlights character meet-and-greet opportunities.
Interestingly, it also features a section on the snacks available at Dino-Bite Snacks and the limited-time experiences coming to the park this summer.
These include a new Wilderness Explorers Nature Badge, a Pollinator Craft at Rafiki’s Planet Watch, and a Celebration Sing-Along at Discovery Island!
Magic Kingdom
Last, but certainly not least, we have the new Magic Kingdom Cool Kid Summer map.
As you can see, the park has its own scavenger hunt.
The pamphlet highlights characters, entertainment, and interactive experiences, including Smellephants on Parade and A Pirate’s Adventure—Treasures of the Seven Seas.
