Disney and Penguin Random House Announce Expanded Licensing Agreement
Disney Publishing and Penguin Random House LLC have signed a new licensing agreement that will see the creation of more beloved stories and original content for fans of all ages.
For those who don’t know, Penguin Random House and Disney have worked together to bring iconic stories to fans for more than two decades. Since 2023, Penguin has handled the sales and distribution for Disney’s adult and children’s print books.
The expanded licensing agreement took effect May 1, 2025.
