Video Shows Disney World Guest CLIMBING the Tree of Life at Disney’s Animal Kingdom
In today’s edition of what NOT to do when visiting Walt Disney World, we have a story from Disney’s Animal Kingdom, where a woman was filmed climbing the Tree of Life.
Yes, you read correctly. Yesterday, TikTok user cassieeee.m shared a video showing a woman in a white shirt carefully climbing the Animal Kingdom icon. By the end of the video, it looks like the woman is either posing or taking in the view.
“Ayo, we just climbing any trees now?” The TikToker wrote over the video.

By the end of the clip, a woman can be heard in the background saying that Disney security is on their way.
“What da flip? People climbing the tree of life today at [the] Animal Kingdom,” the video’s caption reads.
Such Actions Violate Walt Disney World Property Rules
Obviously, climbing the Tree of Life, or any other Disney structure, is a terrible idea.

Not only is it wildly unsafe, but it also violates Walt Disney World’s property rules.
“We reserve the right to deny admission, prevent entry or require a person already admitted to leave the Walt Disney World Resort or any part thereof, without refund, liability or compensation, for failure to comply with any of these rules, for unsafe, illegal or offensive behavior, to ensure safety, security or order, or if we consider that the circumstances otherwise so require, in our sole and absolute discretion,” the Walt Disney World website explains.
What Actions Disney Took Are Unclear
It is unclear at this time what consequences the guest who climbed the Tree of Life faced. Per Disney’s official guidelines, however, she was likely asked to leave.
