Lamplight Lounge’s NEW Potato Skins Are Drool-Worthy!
What’s your go-to item when you need to refuel during a long day in the parks?
Park-hopping can work up quite an appetite, but luckily, the resort is filled with items to help you refuel for more action. Me personally? I enjoy sitting down at a table service location to get some larger bites when I hit the proverbial wall, and Lamplight Lounge has a new item that may be my new go-to!
Potato Skins – Lamplight Lounge
We sat down at Lamplight Lounge in Disney California Adventure to grab their new Potato Skins! (Yes, they’ve had Potato Skins in the past–this is just a new variation of the beloved dish.)

The Potato Skins are $17 and come with Paprika Aïoli, House Ranch, Cheddar Cheese, Bacon, Cheese Sauce, and Chives. Let’s dig in!

The cheese was flavorful and a perfect pairing for the fluffy potatoes. The flavors combine with the Paprika Aïoli to create a bite that packs a delicious punch.
