Cool Kid Summer Brings Big Fun to Walt Disney World in 2025
Get ready for nonstop summer fun at Walt Disney World Resort as Cool Kid Summer takes over from May 27 through September 1, 2025!
This limited-time celebration promises fun for everyone, with DJ-fueled dance parties, surprise character encounters, hands-on activities, and exciting new shows.

Whether you’re grooving with Goofy, making new crafts, or dancing under the Big Top, there’s something magical waiting for you.
Summer Highlights at the Parks
Head over to EPCOT where Goofy invites guests to his playful GoofyCore takeover at CommuniCore Hall, featuring dance parties and silly games like Loopy Limbo and Parachutes ‘n’ Pipsqueaks.
CommuniCore Hall will temporarily close on May 12 to make way for all the fun, but you can still enjoy the Flower & Garden Festival and new Farmer’s Feast food options popping up.
Over at Disney’s Animal Kingdom, Rafiki’s Planet Watch offers hands-on crafting activities related to pollinators, such as bees and butterflies. Fans can also unlock a special, limited-time Wilderness Explorers badge.
Then, make sure to join the lively sing-along with the Dino Institute Intern, which celebrates all the amazing animals spotted throughout the park.
There is even more fun at Disney’s Hollywood Studios! Head to Animation Courtyard, where games and crafts will keep kids moving and creating all day.
Experience everything from magicians and jump rope performers to surprise character appearances. Then, join Mickey Mouse and Disney Junior friends at a lively indoor DJ dance party.
There are also two brand-new indoor shows debuting this summer: Disney Villains: Unfairly Ever After and The Little Mermaid – A Musical Adventure.
At Magic Kingdom, you’ll find the Big Top Bash with Pluto at Storybook Circus and a high-energy Galactic Blast dance party with Stitch at Tomorrowland.
After grooving with Stitch, head inside the Merchant of Venus for an out-of-this-world craft.
In addition, the highly anticipated Disney Starlight: Dream the Night Away nighttime spectacular arrives later this summer.
