Walt Disney World Wait Times for Fourth Week of April 2025
Well, Easter Week has come and gone, but not everyone left Walt Disney World immediately.
Nobody’s ever in a rush to leave the Most Magical Place on Earth.
So, we’ve got a bit of intrigue in Walt Disney World wait times for the fourth week of April 2025. How were the crowds?
Disney’s Animal Kingdom
We haven’t quite entered this park’s pure state of flux yet.
Many of us remember what Animal Kingdom was like during that interminable timeframe when we awaited Avatar.

DINOSAUR
Pandora – The World of Avatar proved well worth the wait, but it was a frustrating few years.
With DinoLand USA still open, the walls may be up. It’s nowhere near the same yet, though.

So, I expect a relatively normal summer and, really, the entirety of 2025.
For now, here are the average wait times at Animal Kingdom last week:
- Avatar Flight of Passage – 84 minutes, down 6
- Na’vi River Journey – 59 minutes, down 10
- Kali River Rapids – 50 minutes, down 12
- Kilimanjaro Safaris – 44 minutes, down 15
- Expedition Everest – 42 minutes, down 7
- Adventurers Outpost – 34 minutes, down 5
- DINOSAUR – 34 minutes, down 9

Overall, guests waited for an average of 49 minutes per attraction, which is on the high side for this park as a rule.
Still, that’s ten minutes less than last time. Where did everybody go? I guess folks couldn’t stick around after Easter this time. Sad.
Disney’s Hollywood Studios

Hollywood Studios
Of course, I’m being a bit silly here. That’s merely the data from one park.
Also, as we all know, Animal Kingdom offers the fewest ride-based attractions at the moment.

So, the wait times there don’t always align with the other parks.

As you can probably tell from the data, that’s a substantial drop of seven minutes from last time.

Disney
Also, I implore you to watch Muppet*Vision 3D while you still can. You’re really gonna miss it when it’s gone.
So, you’ve got about six weeks to appreciate its brilliance before Disney closes it, possibly forever.

Final Thoughts

Photo:visitorlando.com
Overall, tourists at Magic Kingdom stood in line for an average of 29 minutes per attraction, which is five minutes less than last time.
So, we definitely witnessed a significant drop in park traffic in the aftermath of the Easter holiday.

Now, we’re entering a temporary dead period at the parks.
Historically, the end of April and most of May are the slow season. Will that trend hold in 2025? Stay tuned!
