Josh D’Amaro Will Represent Disney at This Year’s Moffettnathanson Media, Internet & Communications Conference
As The Walt Disney Company continues the search for its next CEO, the company’s yearly presentations are being watched more closely than ever before.
With numerous internal candidates, including Disney Experiences Chairman Josh D’Amaro, and Disney Entertainment Co-Chairmen Dana Walden and Alan Bergman reportedly in consideration to succeed Bob Iger as Disney’s next CEO, the company has handed over many of its flagship presentations to the executives.
To that end, we have seen Dana Walden host Disney’s question-and-answer session at the Morgan Stanley Technology, Media, and Telecom Conference, while D’Amaro and Bergman presented at SXSW this year.

Now, it looks like it is D’Amaro’s turn again.
Disney’s Plans For the Moffettnathanson Media, Internet & Communications Conference
Today, the Walt Disney Company announced that Josh D’Amaro will participate in a question-and-answer session at the Moffettnathanson Media, Internet & Communications Conference on Wednesday, May 14, 2025.
Last year, Disney CEO Bob Iger represented the company at the conference, laying out his vision for its future.

The choice of D’Amaro is interesting, as the Moffettnathanson Conference does not necessarily fall under the purview of Disney Experiences. Both Bergman and Walden could have seemingly represented Disney just as well.
While it is perhaps folly to try and read the tea leaves, it is notable that D’Amaro has represented Disney at both SXSW and Moffettnathanson this year. Clearly, Disney is comfortable having him as the face of the company.
As for what D’Amaro will discuss, that remains unclear.
