When Could the New ‘Disney Starlight’ Parade Debut at Disney World?
Disney World announced last year that a new nighttime parade would be coming to Magic Kingdom in 2025! It will be called Disney Starlight: Dream the Night Away and have floats themed to Mary Blair-Inspired Princesses and Moana.
We know that the parade will debut sometime this summer, and we think we might have an idea of exactly when that could be. Let’s break it down.
When Will Disney Starlight Debut?
Disney has said that Disney Starlight will debut this summer at Magic Kingdom. We’ve been trying to figure out what day that will be happening and we think we’ve found some clues!
We noticed online that the showtimes for the Happily Ever After fireworks show moves to 10PM starting July 6th. Up until that date, the fireworks happen between 9PM and 9:20PM.

When Magic Kingdom has had nighttime parades in the past, they’ve taken place around 9PM and 11PM, with the fireworks happening at 10PM, or in between the parade showtimes.

So, we’re thinking that if the fireworks are moving to 10PM on July 6th, it could be so the parade could take place at 9PM!

Right now, the Disney World calendar only shows programming through July 7th, so we’ll keep our eyes peeled to see if this pattern continues.
