WALL-E Is Celebrating Earth Day at the Pixar Place Hotel!

We know Easter literally just ended, but the Disneyland Resort is gearing up to celebrate another holiday–Earth Day!

While the resort has a handful of ways to celebrate the holiday–which we’ll get to in a second–Pixar Place will honor Earth Day with a rare character appearance you don’t want to miss!

WALL-E – Pixar Place Hotel

Tomorrow, April 22nd, is Earth Day! In celebration, a rare character will appear throughout the day at Pixar Place Hotel.

We’re talking about WALL-E! The Disneyland Resort Instagram account revealed the rare character experience via a story, which Scott Gustin reposted on X:

That’s right–WALL-E will be rolling around the Pixar-themed hotel, in celebration of Earth Day. (He’s so cute!)

Other Earth Day Activities

Looking for other ways to honor the holiday around the resort? You can participate in the Food Scraps program by placing leftover food in the “Food Only” cans at Galactic Grill, Hungry Bear Barbecue Jamboree, and Café Daisy in Disneyland Park or Pym Test Kitchen, Flo’s V8 Café, and Cozy Cone Motel in Disney California Adventure Park (DCA).

Or you can snap a picture with the interactive penguin photo-op near DCA’s Hollywood Backlot Restrooms and take part in a craft activity near the backlot stage.

Speaking of crafts, the Silly Symphony Swings area has art pieces that Cast Member teams crafted from recycled and reused materials. Vote for your favorite to help determine which is the best!

At Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa, guests can visit the Wedding Garden to check out beneficial garden insects and learn how they’re used to care for the gardens around the resort hotels! You can stop by for a lesson on Earth Day from 10:30AM to 11:30AM.
