Disney Is Bringing Its Full Arsenal to Annecy This Year
For the first time ever, The Walt Disney Company is bringing its full arsenal of studios to this year’s Annecy International Animation Film Festival.
That means those attending the festival will get a sneak peek at upcoming offerings from Walt Disney Animation, Pixar, Marvel, and Lucasfilm.

Marvel Kicks Things Off on June 9
The Disney festivities will kick off on June 9 when Marvel Animation takes center stage to host a making-of session. Here, the audience will get to see the first episode of the upcoming Eyes of Wakanda.

Director/executive producer Todd Harris will be on hand!
Disney Television Animation
On June 10, Disney Television Animation and Disney EMEA Animation will be spotlighted. Their presentation will include a “studio focus” panel where new series orders and renewals will be revealed.

Walt Disney Animation
Subsequently, the fun will continue on June 13 with a presentation of Zootopia 2 from Walt Disney Animation CCO Jared Bush. Joining the Disney executive, who is also directing the upcoming animated sequel, will be co-director Byron Howard.

On June 14, Disney will host an open-air screening of Zootopia.
Pixar
Also on June 13, Pixar CCO Pete Docter will present a sneak peek of Elio. He will be joined by the film’s directors, Madeline Sharafian and Domee Shi, and Producer Mary Alice Drumm.

Docter will also preview next year’s Hoppers and Toy Story 5.
