FIRST COURSE | HAVANA HUSH
Havana Club Añejo Cuban rum, pineapple ginger shrub, cardamom citrus tincture, lime juice, demerara.
Paired with lobster crudo, chicory, apricot vinaigrette sorbet.
SECOND COURSE | GUAVA GHOST
Santa Teresa Venezuelan rum, pineapple guava cordial, amontillado sherry, lime oleo saccharum, coconut & vanilla bitters, coconut flakes, dehydrated pineapple.
Paired with espresso-rubbed NY strip, acorn chocolate glace, apio purée.
THIRD COURSE | COCOA CARTEL
Facundo aged Puerto Rican rum (butter-washed), clarified coconut cream, cinnamon, dark chocolate.
Paired with dark chocolate tart, coconut caramel, coconut sorbet.

The special event is on Thursday, May 15, and Thursday, May 22, 2025, from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Tickets are $75 per person and can be purchased online!
