FIRST LOOK at The Sanctum Lounge Aboard the Disney Destiny!
Ahoy from the Disney Destiny Showcase Preview event!

That’s right–we’re previewing some of the offerings and experiences aboard the Disney Cruise Line’s newest ship, the Disney Destiny. Today’s preview event is taking place on the Disney Wish, as the Disney Destiny is still being completed. So, without further delay, let’s check out one of the ship’s magical new experiences!
The Sanctum – Disney Destiny
The Disney Destiny’s new offerings include The Sanctum, a lounge inspired by the sorcerers and artifacts from Doctor Strange. The lounge’s décor includes shapes and symbols of Rune Shields, and icons like the Cloak of Levitation and Kamar-Taj’s spell books.

The Sanctum lounge will also have special surprises from the New York Sanctum, like the circular mirror behind the bar that’s shaped like its window.

Of course, like all the Sanctums, this location will also have magical artifacts that assist sorcerers with their world-saving duties. However, it’s not all work and no play. The Sanctum also offers sorcerers and guests entertainment, cocktails, spirits, coffees, and much more! That includes:
- Circle of the Cosmos: Brunswick Aces Diamonds Gin, verjus blanc, and fresh lemon juice garnished with a lemon peel spiral
- Vapors of Valtorr: Grey Goose Altius Vodka, ginger beer, fresh lime juice, and butterfly pea flower syrup topped with berry-flavored bubbles
- Stuffed Waffles with custard cream filling
- Stuffed Waffles with mixed berry compote filling
