Animated ‘Predator: Killer of Killers’ Gets Hulu Release Date
After years of lying dormant, 20th Century Studios is bringing back the Predator franchise in a big way.
At last week’s CinemaCon, Elle Fanning took the stage to share a first look at the trailer for Predator: Badlands.
Directed by Dan Trachtenberg, the new installment in the Predator franchise will be set on a remote planet. There, a young Predator who has been exiled from his clan finds an unlikely ally and embarks on a treacherous journey in search of the ultimate adversary.

As it turns out, Badlands, which will hit theaters on November 7, is not the only new Predator content fans have to look forward to.
‘Predator: Killer of Killers’
Today, 20th Century Studios announced that the animated Predator: Killer of Killers will premiere on Hulu on June 6.
Like Badlands, Predator: Killer of Killers will be directed by Dan Trachtenberg and will follow the story of “three of the fiercest warriors in human history: a Viking raider guiding her young son on a bloody quest for revenge; a ninja in feudal Japan who turns against his Samurai brother in a brutal battle for succession; and a WWII pilot who takes to the sky to investigate an otherworldly threat to the Allied cause. But while all these warriors are killers in their own right, they are merely prey for their new opponent — the ultimate killer of killers.”

In addition to Trachtenberg, Predator: Killer of Killers was co-directed by Josh Wassung from The Third Floor animation company.
The film was written by Micho Robert Rutare, and the story was by Trachtenberg and Rutare. It is based on characters created by James Thomas and John Thomas.
