What to Expect at the Disneyland Resort in April 2025!
Somehow, it’s already April–and no, that’s not an April Fool’s joke. (Is this year flying by or what?!)

This month, the resort will bid farewell to a popular festival, welcome another series of after-hours events, and continue a galactic celebration! With so much going on, it can be hard to keep up with it all. But don’t worry–we did the work for you; here’s our comprehensive list of everything to expect at the Disneyland Resort in April 2025!
Disneyland After Dark: Star Wars Nite
Another series of Disneyland After Dark events begins this month! Disneyland After Dark: Star Wars Nite, Disneyland’s Star Wars-themed after-hours event, will take over the park on April 8th, 10th, 22nd, 24th, and 29th, along with May 1st, 4th, and 6th. The party will occur from 9PM to 1AM and tickets are still available for all nights except May 4th–Star Wars’ quasi-holiday playing on the iconic phrase, “May the force be with you.”

If you don’t have an event ticket but you’re attending the park on an event night, keep in mind that you’ll have to leave the park when the party starts. But don’t worry–you can park-hop over to DCA or visit Downtown Disney instead.

Dapper Day
Feeling dapper? If so, you’re in luck! The Dapper Day Spring Outing will take place at the Disneyland Resort on April 13th!

Guests joining in on the fun are encouraged to wear their very best and join these Dapper Day in-park meet-ups:
- “Mark Twain Mixer”: Dapper Day guests will board the Mark Twain Riverboat at 2PM(ish) to take an elegant voyage around the Rivers of America.
- “The Dapper Derby”: Dapper Day guests will “ride” the horses on the King Arthur Carrousel at 6PM.
*Don’t forget–all guests in attendance will need a theme park ticket and reservation to attend the outing
Dapper Day Outing – Disneyland
Disneyland Resort’s final Dapper Day Expo will also occur on April 12th and 13th. The Expo has a marketplace with new and vintage clothing and accessories, along with an Expo Stage that will host performances and dance lessons!

End of DCA Food & Wine Festival
The 2025 DCA Food & Wine Festival runs through April 21st, which will be your final chance to experience this year’s festival foods and entertainment. We highly recommend stopping by before the festival ends.

Easter
It’s the Easter season! In celebration of the holiday, guests can partake in the resort’s Eggstravaganza, which tasks participants with completing the ultimate Disney-themed egg hunt. There are three hunts around the resort–one in Disneyland Park, DCA, and Downtown Disney. The egg hunt will last through April 21st. (Click here to learn more about Disneyland’s Eggstravaganza.) Storytellers Cafe will host a festive brunch and dinner buffet on Easter, April 20th. Here’s the info:
Easter Brunch Buffet – Served from 7AM to 1PM
- Food:
- Bourbon-glazed country ham
- Herb-roasted ribeye
- Garlic mashed potatoes
- An assortment of Easter-inspired desserts
- An array of beverages and breakfast options, both hot and cold
- Price:
- $65 per adult (ages 10 and older)
- $36 per child (ages 3 to 9)
Easter Dinner Buffet – Served from 1:30PM to 9PM
- Food:
- Pork tenderloin
- Barbecue chicken
- Herb-roasted ribeye
- Shrimp cocktail
- Seasonal roasted vegetables
- An assortment of Easter-inspired desserts
- An array of beverages and classic comfort foods, both hot and cold
- Price:
- $85 per adult (ages 10 and older)
- $39 per child (ages 3 to 9)

Spring Break Crowds
Spring break will continue bringing large crowds to the resort. March was full of packed parks–causing reservations to completely sell out some days–and more of that can be expected in April.
