First Look at the NEW Brooks Running & runDisney Collaboration at Disney World!
Disney often collaborates with different brands to create some really remarkable merchandise! We see designer bags, shoes, accessories, and so much more both around the parks and online.

Speaking of shoes, Disney just revealed their newest collaboration with Brooks Running and we got a first look! Let’s go check it out.
Brooks Running & runDisney Collaboration
We headed over to the ESPN Wide World of Sports today to see the reveal of the Brooks Running and runDisney collaboration! This collection consists of Disney-themed Brooks running shoes and they’re releasing just in time for the runDisney Springtime Surprise Weekend at Disney World!
The collection has shoes themed around the runDisney brand and iconic Disney characters.
To unveil the new shoes, there were some special speakers and appearances! We saw the Vice President of runDisney Adam Ball…
…as well as the Brooks Running Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer Melanie Allen. The Walt Disney World Ambassadors were also in attendance!
But, the biggest names there were definitely Mickey and Minnie Mouse!
Then, it was time to unveil the shoes!
There was a bunch of confetti and some giant versions of the shoes set up.
Now, let’s get into the details of these new kicks. First up, we have the Springtime Surprise Shoe!
This shoe comes with lace badges and you can loop the badge on the shoe to tell the story of the race you’re in.
Each shoe has hidden Mickey details.

The team said designing these shoes wasn’t about just putting a character on shoe, it was about the shoes becoming the character. Here’s Mickey’s shoe!
There is an imperfect stitch on Mickey’s shoe that calls attention to him as an illustration.

These shoes will be on sale tomorrow (Thursday, April 3rd) at the race weekend’s Health & Fitness Expo at the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex at Disney World.
This collection represents the first significant collaboration between runDisney and Brooks since they announced their multi-year relationship last year! The two brands will be releasing a new collection of Brooks shoes at upcoming runDisney events, and the next one will be the Disneyland Halloween Half Marathon Weekend happening this September.

This week’s race weekend begins tomorrow with the runDisney Springtime Surprise Yoga event at Hollywood Studios. Then, there’s a 5K on Friday, a 10K on Saturday, and a 10-miler on Sunday.
