Reservations Are NOW OPEN For Donald’s Tales of Adventure Dinner Buffet
As part of the upcoming Disneyland 70th Celebration, Donald Duck is setting up shop in Disney’s Grand Californian Resort. There, he will host the Donald’s Tales of Adventure Buffet inside Storyteller’s Cafe.
Beginning May 16, guests can indulge in a BBQ-style buffet hosted by Donald himself!

“Swap adventure stories over a bountiful campfire-style barbecue buffet and meet some of your favorite Disney Characters,” Disneyland teases. “Plus, get the camera ready! Look to pose with Donald, Daisy, Clarabelle, Goofy, or Pluto dressed in their new explorer outfit.”
Storytellers Cafe Is Currently Under Refurbishment
If you have been reading along here at MickeyBlog, you know that Storyteller’s Cafe is currently closed for refurbishment. During the renovations, the Grand Californian’s signature buffet has been relocated to the Trillium Room.

At this time, Mickey’s Tales of Adventure Buffet can still be enjoyed and guests can dine with Mickey, Minnie, Pluto, Chip, and Dale. Beginning March 16, however, Donald is moving in.
Reservations Are Now Open!
If dining alongside your favorite Disney pals in a rustic setting sounds like the ideal meal, I have great news! Reservations for Donald’s Tales of Adventure are now open!
Unlike Mickey’s version of the buffet, Donald will only be cooking for dinner. So, make sure you get your reservations before they are gone.
