National Geographic’s ‘Magic of the Disney Treasure’ Will Explore the Inspiration Behind the Disney’s Newest Ship
A new chapter in Disney Cruise Line history unfolded before our eyes late last year when the Disney Treasure officially set sail.
The newest addition to the Disney Cruise Line, the Treasure has been lauded for its immersive environments, amazing attractions, and world-class cuisine.

Soon, fans will be able to learn the stories behind some of the Treasure’s most popular offerings when a new documentary titled Magic of the Disney Treasure arrives on the National Geographic Channel and Disney+!
An Inside Look at the Creation of the Disney Treasure
The highly anticipated sequel to Making the Wish: Disney’s Newest Cruise Ship, the new National Geographic documentary, will explore how Disney Cruise Line brings beloved stories to life aboard the Disney Treasure.
“Disney The Tale of Moana” brings Moana’s adventurous tale to life, for the first time on stage, in the Walt Disney Theatre aboard Disney Cruise Line’s newest ship, the Disney Treasure. With set design and music bursting with elements of Pacific Islands culture that inspires the classic coming-of-age tale, this innovative production will immerse audiences in a transformational adventure across land and sea. Among the locale’s spotlighted in Magic of the Disney Treasure will be Pklalza de Coco, Disney Tale of Moana, and the Haunted Mansion Parlor.
