After a diner’s experience, they provide star ratings and can select from a list of characteristics to describe their restaurant experience.
To win an OpenTable Diners’ Choice Award, a restaurant needs to consistently receive high ratings and positive feedback from diners who book through OpenTable.
In addition, the location needs a minimum of 20 total reviews and 10 completed reservations.
