The Easter-Inspired Thumper Cake Bar in Disney Springs Is “BERRY” Amazing!
Springtime bites have started popping up around Disney World! (Of course, you could already grab some spring-inspired eats in EPCOT, thanks to the Flower & Garden Festival, but now there are tastes of spring all over the resort.)

Now that Easter treats are trickling into the resort, we’re hopping over to try as many as we can–like the Painted Egg Whoopie Pie! So, without further delay, let’s head over to Disney Springs to bite into yet another spring-inspired sweet!
Thumper Cake Bar
Amorette’s Patisserie in Disney Springs has the new Thumper Cake Bar! The treat is mixed berry mousse combined with vanilla chiffon cake and costs $8. Our cake bar came in this adorable packaging!

First things first–it’s ridiculously adorable. Now that we got that out of the way, it’s time to dig in!

The bar has a nice coating of white chocolate and just the right amount of thickness. We love having a little texture to our cake pops!

This treat is “berry” subtle on the berry, which is a win in our book–the overly-sweet treats have a tendency to overwhelm our palates. The cake’s consistency is moist (sorry–had to say it) and fudge-like, so, fantastic!
