My Disney Experience App Introduces New Notifications Section

If you frequently visit the Disney Parks, you know how indispensable the My Disney Experience app has become to any vacation.

For those who may be unaware, there are two versions of the app, one for Walt Disney World and one for Disneyland.

Whether you want to make resort reservations, link park tickets, secure your Lightning Lane passes, or even mobile order food, utilizing the My Disney Experience app is essential to ensure that your Disney vacation runs smoothly.

With that in mind, we have seen Disney consistently strive to improve the My Disney Experience app, streamlining the interface and even adding new features.

A New Notification Section Has Arrived

The latest My Disney Experience app update has added a new notifications section. See below for the current Walt Disney World app main page.

Now guests can ensure they are updated on any new information pertaining to their Disney vacation.

As a point of reference, here is what the screen previously looked like.

The Disneyland version of the app has also been updated.

Guests who already downloaded the app received a push notification this morning alerting them to the new feature.

While the notification section is a simple addition to the app, it makes finding updates related to your Disney visit easier than ever.
