In a development that sort of sounds like a Mad Lib, Pat Benatar’s daughter Hana Giraldo and former Disney Channel star Kyle Massey are engaged!
Giraldo took to Instagram last Friday to announce her betrothal, posting two pictures of the happy moment.
“IM ENGAGED 💍 to my best friend, my soulmate, and my forever @kylemassey,” Giraldo captioned her post. “A lifetime of love, laughter, and adventure begins now! I love you so much Xo.”

The Special Moment Took Place in Front of Family and Friends
According to a press release, the proposal took place with the couple’s family and friends in attendance. The backdrop of the big moment included a heart-shaped floral arrangement of roses and candles alongside a sign that read, “Will YOU Marry Me?!”
The couple has been dating for “many years.”

“We feel incredibly blessed to share this moment with our loved ones and fans,” Massey and Giraldo said in a statement.
“I’m marrying my best friend, this is a dream come true,” the newly-engaged Giraldo added.
Massey’s Disney Career
Massey rose to fame for portraying Cory Baxter on Disney Channel’s That’s So Raven. After playing Raven’s younger brother for four seasons, the actor got his own spinoff series, Cory in the House.

His other Disney credits include the Disney Channel Original Movie Life is Ruff and voice work in American Dragon: Jake Long, Yin Yang Yo! and Fish Hooks. The actor also competed in Season 11 of Dancing with the Stars.
