If you are lucky enough to visit Walt Disney World this spring, you can share your love for Mom with a delicious brunch offering at Disney’s Contemporary Resort.
Celebrate Mom at Steakhouse 71
Mother’s Day is a special holiday, and brunch is a great way to start the day. A specialty menu is available from 8:00 AM to 2:30 PM on May 11, 2025.

Brunch menu highlights include:
- Walt’s Prime Rib Hash
Seared Prime Rib, Fried Potatoes, Caramelized Onions and Peppers—topped with a Fried Egg - Floridian Eggs Benedict
Two Poached Eggs and a Crab Cake with Hollandaise atop Toasted English Muffins—served with Breakfast Potatoes - French Onion Soup
Rich Beef Broth, Crouton and Gratinée Cheese

This brunch is also available on Easter! (Note that the regular breakfast and lunch menus will not be available during Easter or Mother’s Day brunch.)
