Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa is in the middle of a huge transformation.

The Napa Rose is getting a magical makeover, a new concierge lounge will sit among the treetops on the hotel’s 5th and 6th floors (that’s right–it’s two stories), and all guest rooms will receive updated décor! But that’s not all–Storytellers Cafe is currently undergoing its own refurbishments, and its buffet experiences have temporarily relocated.

Storytellers Cafe is temporarily closed for the next few weeks due to refurbishments. During this time, while the physical location is closed, the buffet experiences have been relocated to the Trillium Room inside the hotel.

…and a sign sits outside the restaurant, pointing diners to the temporary location.

During this temporary closure, Mickey’s Tales of Adventure Breakfast Buffet and Brunch and the Dinner Buffet will be available at the Trillium Room. There’s a podium outside of the new location, where guests can check in, similar to how the experience works in Storytellers Cafe.
