Summer House on the Lake is a newer restaurant at Disney Springs offering a coastal vibe and a delicious menu of California-style salads, sandwiches, pizzas, and more for lunch, dinner, and weekend brunch.

In addition, you can grab a drink or a tasty dessert — including freshly baked cookies, brownies, and more — from The Cookie Bar.
But starting this week, the Cookie Bar will be open with grab-and-go breakfast items from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. (or until they run out).

The Grab & Go Breakfast menu includes a mix of sweet and savory options:
- Breakfast Taco – for $4.95, enjoy Scrambled eggs with avocado salsa and aged cheddar. Add bacon for an extra kick!
- Bacon, Egg, and Cheese Sandwich: This breakfast starter is $7.95 and includes Classic breakfast flavors on a buttery brioche bun.
