2025 DCA Food & Wine Festival
The 2025 DCA Food & Wine Festival–which runs through April 21st–has taken over the park, filling it with many unique and tasty food options. While we’re happily eating our way through these festival items, nothing beats returning to a tried-and-true item we know we’ll enjoy. With that said, we’re heading over to San Fransokyo to reunite with one of our favorite dishes!
QuesaBirria Tacos – Cocina Cucamonga
We’re stopping by Cocina Cucamonga to devour their QuesaBirria Tacos! The tacos are $12.49 and come with braised beef and cheese, served with tomatillo salsa and consomé.

The warm tacos are crispy on the outside and packed with flavorful, well-marinated, slow-cooked beef on the inside.

While the tacos themselves are a hit–for good reason–the dish is taken to the next level courtesy of the tomatillo salsa and consomé. It pairs beautifully with the tacos, enhancing the flavors.

Needless to say–but we’ll say it anyway–this dish is still worth grabbing in DCA! It remains, in our humble opinion, one of the best items you can grab in the park. The high praise it’s received from DCA guests is definitely well-deserved–we highly recommend giving it a try if you haven’t yet!
Another Drool-Worthy Item – Disneyland
The QuesaBirria tacos have been a viral hit–but they’re not the only food item in the resort to receive the spotlight! Disneyland’s Garlic Pretzel Bread from Maurice’s Treats is another well-loved item among guests.
