The ONE Thing I’d Get at Every EPCOT Flower & Garden Festival Booth!
The 2025 EPCOT Flower & Garden Festival has begun in Disney World! There are so many fun things to do, but the most exciting part is probably all of the food available at the Outdoor Kitchens.

Jardin de Fiestas Spread
With so many items on the menus, deciding what you want to spend your stomach space and money on can be hard, but I’m here to help! I’ve got a list of the ONE item I’d get at each and every food booth. Let’s take a look!
What I’d Get at Every Flower & Garden Booth
Farmers Feast
Farmers Feast is located inside CommuniCore Hall and has a rotating menu depending on the time of year. Right now, it features the Early Bloom menu until April 5th.
The one item I’d grab here right now is the new Scallop with Spring Pea Risotto for $8. It features Ben’s Original International Grains Arborio Rice, lemon-beurre blanc, and gremolata. The scallop is cooked perfectly and the creamy rice pair perfectly with the seafood!
Florida Fresh
Florida Fresh is in CommuniCore Plaza and has some fun items on the menu this year! But, if I had to choose just one, I’d go with the new Conch Fritters with key lime aïoli for $6.50.
The outside of these are crispy and the inside is soft. There’s not too much conch, so it’s a good introduction to the seafood if you’ve never tried it! The key lime aioli also adds a great zing to the fritters.
Beach Grub
Beach Grub is a new booth at this year’s festival and is located on the walkway between the Imagination! Pavilion and the front of the World Showcase. The one item I’d grab here is the Grilled Street Corn on the Cob with savory garlic spread and “cheese” for $6.
This is a plant-based dish that is on the Garden Graze food crawl and it’s absolutely delicious, even if you’re not a plant-based eater. The charred corn goes really well with the garlicky spread!
Yacht Grub
Yacht Grub is also a new booth at this year’s festival and is also located on the walkway between the Imagination! Pavilion and the front of the World Showcase. The best item on the menu over here is probably the new Trio of Dips and Chips for $6.50!
It’s caramelized onion dip, whipped feta dip, and pimento cheese with house-made potato chips and caviar. The chips go well with all of the dips and each are individually delicious. This one is a great snack to share!
BRUNCHCOT
BRUNCHCOT is over near Test Track and serves a variety of, you guessed it, brunch foods! But, my choice here would probably be the Avocado Toast for $6.25.
This comes with marinated tomatoes and plant-based cheese crumbles on toasted ciabatta. It’s another plant-based Item ont he Garden Graze and It’s a nice, refreshing snack!
The Citrus Blossom
The Citrus Blossom is inside of The Odyssey Pavilion and has a bunch of items involving citrus! My top pick is going to be the Citrus-baked Brie with orange-lemon marmalade, limoncello-macerated blueberries, and spiced marcona almond for $5.50.
Cheese and citrus go surprisingly well together and I love the sweet and savory mix!
Jardin de Fiestas
Jardin de Fiestas is located in the Mexico Pavilion! Here, I’d get the new “Giant” Tostada de Carne for $11.50.
This is an Oaxacan tostada with barbacoa beef, guacamole, jícama, pumpkin seeds, and salsa macha. The meat is moist, there’s a generous amount of avocado, and the tortilla holds up to all of the toppings! It’s very flavorful.
Lan Yuan
Lan Yuan is the booth in the China Pavilion for this festival! The item I’d grab here is the House-made Cheesy Crab Wontons for $9.75.
These are fried wontons filled with cream cheese, celery, and imitation crab stick drizzled with plum-chili sauce. They’re just your classic crab wontons and they’re delicious!
Refreshment Outpost
The food at Refreshment Outpost wasn’t really calling my name, so I’d go for the Boyd & Blair Lavender Martini for $12.00! Lavender is such a great flavor for spring and it’s even better in a cocktail.
This is also easily something you can split with a close friend or family member if you wish!
Bauernmarkt: Farmer’s Market
Bauernmarkt is in the Germany Pavilion and has a bunch of yummy options — you honestly can’t go wrong! But, if you can only get one thing, I’d grab the Potato Pancakes with ham and onion for $5.50.
The plant-based option here with the applesauce is also delicious, but I just love the heartiness of the ham and onion on this version!
Primavera Kitchen
Primavera Kitchen is in the Italy Pavilion and is notoriously not very good. So, go with the safe option here if you have to choose something — the new Insalata Arlecchino for $7.50.
This has grape tomato, seasonal melon, mozzarella ciliegine, and balsamic dressing. It’s simple and refreshing, but nothing super great to write home about!
Magnolia Terrace
Magnolia Terrace is the booth in the American Adventure Pavilion and I love everything on the menu here, but I’d ultimately go for the new Grilled Gulf Oysters for $8.
These come with cajun andouille sausage butter and lemon and just have a great kick to them and are a nice little snack! The oysters were also very fresh.
Hanami
The Hanami booth in the Japan Pavilion is famous for the Frushi at this festival, and there’s a good reason — it’s delicious! It’s my pick at this booth for $6.50.
It comes with strawberry, pineapple, and honeydew wrapped in coconut rice and tri-color soy wrap served with coconut cream sauce and toasted coconut. It’s dessert sushi and it’s amazingly refreshing!
Tangierine Cafe: Flavors of the Medina
The booth for the Morocco Pavilion is located inside Tangierine Cafe and has a lot of the same items year-round, but some stuff does get switched up for each festival. However, I’m going with something that usually stays on the menu — the Stone-baked Moroccan Bread with assorted dips for $5.25.
This is a plant-based item and it’s just a great little snack! The dips are super flavorful and the bread is freshly baked and warm. You can’t go wrong!
La Isla Fresca
The chicken at La Isla Fresca (located between Morocco and France) is really good, but I’d ultimately have to choose the Coconut-Chocolate Flancocho for $5.25.
It’s chocolate cake, coconut custard, and passion fruit caramel and It’s also a plant-based item and on the Garden Graze! It’s light and delicious and a perfect sweet treat that’s not super basic.
Fleur de Lys
Fleur de Lys is in the France Pavilion and has some delicious food, but how can I NOT choose a croissant filled with cheese? The Croissant au Fromage de Chèvre, Herbes et Ail Rôtie is a croissant with goat cheese, herbs, and roasted garlic for $7.25.
If you like goat cheese and baked goods, this is a huge win. It’s just so perfect.
Northern Bloom
I’m going to be real with you, I don’t love any of the food options at Northern Bloom in the Canada Pavilion. So, I’d grab a pour of the Collective Arts Brewing Grapefruit Lime Sour! You can get a 6 oz. pour for $5.75 or a 12 oz. pour for $9.75.
This beer is delicious and refreshing and it’s not super sour like a lot of sour beers can be. It’s also not too heavy on the grapefruit which I appreciate!
Refreshment Port
There’s only a few items at Refreshment Port for this festival, but the best one is probably the new Provence Poutine! It’s Herbes de Provence seasoned French fries, goat brie, lavender honey, hazelnut croquant, and fresh lavender for $9.
It might sound kind of odd, but these flavors really work together and it’s a unique snack to share! It’s perfect for the springtime.
Swirled Showcase
Swirled Showcase is open all year, but they switch out some of their festival offerings for each festival! For this one, I’d choose the Liquid Nitro Honey-Mascarpone Cheesecake.
It comes with fresh honey, granulated honey, and honey mead-blueberry compote for $5.50. If you’re a honey fan, you should love this one and it’s a fun way to eat cheesecake!
The Honey Bee-stro Hosted by National Honey Board
Speaking of honey, next up is The Honey Bee-stro which is right at the front of the World Showcase! My pick here is the Chicken and Waffle for $7.
This is crispy chicken and a honey sweet cornbread waffle with whipped honey butter and spicy honey. This is just a classic executed well and the cornbread waffle is a nice spin on the traditional dish.
Pineapple Promenade
Pineapple Promenade is also at the front of the World Showcase and has a lot of fun and fruity options, but the best is probably the Frozen Desert Violet Lemonade!
This is Minute Maid Premium Lemonade with desert pear and violet syrups for $5. It’s a staple of this festival and it’s non-alcoholic so everyone can enjoy it!
Trowel & Trellis
Finally, we have Trowel & Trellis, which is also located at the front of the World Showcase. My pick here is the Soy-glazed Pork Sticky Ribs with green onions and peanuts for $7.25. These ribs have a great flavor profile and they’re great to share!
Stay tuned for more Disney World news and updates!
