EPCOT Will Be Closing Early on May 21 For a Private Event

Guests planning their upcoming vacation to Walt Disney World should be aware that EPCOT will close early on May 21 to host a private event for the SAP Sapphire & ASUG Annual Conference.

Taking place from May 19 through May 21, 2025, the conference will bring business leaders to Orlando, where they will learn how SAP helps businesses “go beyond the AI hype and bring out real results.”

The SAP Sapphire & ASUG Annual Conference Is Coming to Orlando

While the SAP Sapphire & ASUG Annual Conference will be held at the Orange County Convention Center, SAP has rented out EPCOT for the evening of May 21. To facilitate the private event, the park will close early to traditional guests.

“Experience the magic at this exciting night of thrilling attractions, international culture and cuisine, science, and fun, including a private concert,” SAP teases on its website. “Join us for a celebration night you won’t want to miss.”

For those who are wondering, the private concert will be performed by Zac Brown Band, who will be playing at the American Gardens Theatre. There will be two shows, one at 8:15 PM and a second set at 9:45 PM.

What Time Will EPCOT Close?

It is currently unclear what time EPCOT will close to standard guests on May 21. We will get more information, however, as the date nears.
