I am, of course, talking about Bakso, the Sumatran tiger cub who can be spotted on the Maharajah Jungle Trek.
If you have been reading along here at MickeyBlog, you know how much we love Bakso. After watching the tiger cub grow and develop through the Tiger Tuesdays series, seeing him assume the spotlight on the Maharajah Jungle Trek has been a joy.

In a new video shared on Instagram, Wilderness Explorers Russell, Dug, and Carl headed to the Asia section of Disney’s Animal Kingdom to visit Bakso and his mother, Sohni.

Young Guests Can Become Wilderness Explorers at Disney’s Animal Kingdom
When visiting Disney’s Animal Kingdom, young adventurers can embark on their own wild adventures through the Wilderness Explorers program.

After picking up their official Wilderness Explorers handbook, guests can earn 20 badges throughout Animal Kingdom. Along the way, they will learn more about the park’s animals and Disney’s conservation efforts.
For example, when visiting Bakso on the Maharajah Jungle Trek, Wilderness Explorers can earn the mighty tiger badge. While there, they will also learn more about the unique striped pattern of Sumatran tigers and the challenges that the cats face in the wild.
So, next time you visit Disney’s Animal Kingdom, make sure you pick up your handbook and set out on adventure!
