The Fan-Favorite ‘Frozen’ Float Is Returning to Paint the Night For Disneyland’s 70th Celebration
Last October, Disneyland announced that the fan-favorite parade Paint the Night would be returning to The Happiest Place on Earth as part of the resort’s 70th Anniversary Celebration.
The processional originally debuted in Disneyland Park in 2015 as part of the resort’s 60th celebration. Subsequently, it moved to Disney California Adventure in 2018 for a limited run. Then, it was gone.

Over the past seven years, appreciation for Paint the Night has only increased. Needless to say, fans were thrilled to hear that the parade is coming back to Disneyland.
The Frozen Float Will Return to the Paint the Night Lineup
With just two months to go until Paint the Night triumphantly returns, Disneyland has announced that the fan-favorite Frozen float will be restored to the parade’s lineup.

For those who don’t know, the glimmering Frozen float was a part of Paint the Night’s lineup during its entire run at Disneyland Park. The float featured a beautiful recreation of Elsa’s ice castle and was one of the highlights of the procession.
When Paint the Night moved to Disney California Adventure, however, the Frozen float was removed due to the Red Car Trolley cables.
Now, Disneyland has confirmed that when Paint the Night returns to Disneyland on May 16, the float will be restored!
I, for one, can’t wait!
