If you’ve been anxiously awaiting the arrival of EPCOT’s 2025 International Flower & Garden Festival, TODAY is your day!

In case you missed it, EPCOT’s most magnificent springtime celebration kicks off TODAY, March 5th, and runs through June 2nd, 2025.
The festival features jaw-dropping topiaries, exclusive festival merchandise, botanical exhibits, and some seriously rocking live entertainment.

But if you’re anything like me, the star of the show is always those fabulous outdoor kitchens!
Today, our team is busy sampling all the fabulous festival fare (for research purposes, of course!). So far, we’ve sampled the goods at booths like Magnolia Terrace, Lan Yuan, and Farmers Feast — but now, it’s time to pay a visit to Bauernmarkt: Farmer’s Market.

Bauernmarkt: Farmer’s Feast
With its gorgeous architecture and delicious food (hello Karamell-Küche!), EPCOT’s Germany pavilion is always one of my favorite stops on a trip around World Showcase.

And during EPCOT’s Flower & Garden Festival, the pavilion only gets BETTER with the addition of Bauernmarkt: Farmer’s Market!

This year, the booth features four food items (including one plant-based dish) and five beverage options. Here’s a look at the full menu:

Today, we started off with the Toasted Pretzel Bread with Black Forest ham and cheese ($6.00).

The dish starts with dense and chewy pretzel roll that’s sliced open and stuffed with ham, cheese, and what seems to be a Béchamel sauce. This one is ALL kinds of rich and delicious — a definite WIN!

Next, we tried the Potato Pancakes with house-made applesauce ($5.25).

This is a fairly standard potato pancake, but it’s well-executed and flavorful. Crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, the one gives off a pleasantly subtle onion flavor.
Served with sweet applesauce on the side, the Potato Pancake is another solid pick for your Flower & Garden Festival visit!
