We Completed the Garden Graze at the 2025 EPCOT Flower & Garden Festival!
The 2025 EPCOT Flower & Garden Festival is finally here! Of course, we’re here on the very first day of the festival, taking in everything it has to offer. (You can follow along in real time here!)

There are tons of nature-inspired activities, but many festival-goers–ourselves included–are here for the food. And since there’s so much food to dig into around here, you might as well get rewarded for each bite, right?!
Garden Graze
The Garden Graze is the festival’s food stroll, which tasks festival-goers with purchasing (enjoyment not required, but basically guaranteed) 5 qualifying, plant-based menu items. The Garden Graze has 10 qualifying menu items in total, so there’s a large selection for you to choose from. (Of course, you could always get all 10 items–completing the stroll twice–which means double the prizes!)
Garden Graze
When you purchase a qualifying dish, you must get its accompanying stamp placed in your Festival Passport. You can find the Garden Graze section near the back of the booklet. Once you collect five stamps, you can claim your completion prize at the Pineapple Promenade booth! (We split up to complete our graze, hence the two booklets containing our 5 stamps.)

Completion Prize
Once we finished, we headed over to Pineapple Promenade to grab our completion prize!

This year’s completion prize is a Pineapple and Vanilla Swirl Dole Whip, served in a Garden Graze Souvenir Cup, and a Wildflower Mix! (The cup and wildflower mix are such fun ways to commemorate the festival trip.)

- Avocado Toast with marinated tomatoes and plant-based cheese crumbles on toasted ciabatta

- Lumpia with plant-based pork, green papaya salad, and yuzu sweet-and-sour
- Lemon Tart with lemon curd, blood orange fluid gel, aquafaba meringue, and raspberry powder
La Isla Fresca
- Coconut-Chocolate Flancocho: chocolate cake, coconut custard, and passion fruit caramel
