‘The Lion King’ Topiaries

The festival has blossomed around the park, filling the location with character topiaries, nature-themed offerings, and festival bites! And speaking of those bites, we’re hungry–let’s dig into some items at one of the outdoor kitchens. 

BRUNCHCOT 

We’re heading over to BRUNCHCOT, located near the Odyssey Pavilion! As the name suggests, the kitchen focuses primarily on brunch items. 

BRUNCHCOT – 2025 Flower & Garden Festival

Here’s the menu they’re serving at this year’s festival:

Food: 

• Avocado Toast with marinated tomatoes and plant-based cheese crumbles on toasted ciabatta (Plant-based)
• Shrimp and Grits: Blackened shrimp and cheddar cheese grits with brown gravy and sweet corn salsa
• Biscuit and Gravy featuring IMPOSSIBLE Sausage with pepper jelly (Plant-based)
• Fried Cinnamon Roll Bites with cream cheese frosting and candied bacon

Drinks:

• Fruit Cereal Shake: Vanilla soft-serve and fruit-flavored breakfast cereal (Non-alcoholic) 
• 3 Daughters Brewing Coffee Blonde Ale (New) 
• Peach Bellini: Sparkling Wine and Peach Purée

BRUNCHCOT – 2025 Flower & Garden Festival

We started with the plant-based Biscuit and Gravy, which is $6.75 and comes with IMPOSSIBLE Sausage and pepper jelly. The density of the biscuit and portion size made this a great item for the price. And it was delicious–the IMPOSSIBLE Sausage was flavorful, making the dish a big win for the festival’s plant-based eaters.

It wouldn’t be brunch without something sweet, which is why we grabbed the Fried Cinnamon Roll Bites for $5.25! They come with cream cheese frosting and candied bacon. These are a festival favorite, and it’s easy to see why–they’re deliciously light and sweet with just the right amount of salt.

We washed everything down with the Fruit Cereal Shake, which has vanilla soft-serve and fruit-flavored breakfast cereal. It was exactly what you’d hope for–a nostalgic sip of sweet and fruity cereal milk. It’s topped with Froot Loops, which is also a personal fave of ours. You can grab your own for $5.

Overall, this outdoor kitchen remains one of our festival favorites! We highly recommend digging into any of these items–you won’t regret it.
