NEW Food Items Arrive at The Hollywood Brown Derby in Disney’s Hollywood Studios
New food hits the menus at Disney World all the time, and we’re here to check it out and let you know how it is!
And now, some new food items are coming to a restaurant in Hollywood Studios!
New Food Items at Hollywood Brown Derby
There are some new menu items now available at The Hollywood Brown Derby! Starting today, several new appetizers, entrees, and enhancements are on the menu at the restaurant.

For appetizers, you can get the following new items:
- House-made Ravioli: English peas, carrot purée, and pickled alba mushrooms
- Creamy Corn Bisque: Crab salad and saffron crème fraîche

- Sake-braised Pork Belly: Apple-ginger purée, shiitake mushrooms, tasso ham, and shiso
- Grand Marnier Liqueur-macerated Seasonal Fruit Burrata: Lollo rosso, frisée, caramelized spiced pine nuts, and citrus vinaigrette

For entrees, check out the following new options:
- Filet Mignon: Potato-carrot mash, spicy broccoli rabe, black garlic butter, and madeira demi

- Grilled Ōra King Salmon: Creamed corn succotash, pancetta, and Spring onion pistou

And finally, for enhancements, you can get the following new additions:
- Au Gratin Potato: Black diamond cheddar
- Braised Wild Mushrooms: Shallots, tarragon, and truffle butter
