Disney Premieres “Waiting on a Wish” From the Upcoming ‘Snow White’ Live-Action Remake
In just a couple of weeks, Disney’s live-action Snow White will finally hit theaters.
To celebrate, Disney Hits, the ultimate Sirius XM station for Disney fans, has premiered the film’s standout song, “Waiting on a Wish.”

‘Snow White’ Is on the Way
Starring Rachel Zegler, Gal Gadot, and Andrew Burnap, Snow White will be a modern retelling of the classic Disney animated film.

“In the heart of a dark forest, the lovely young princess Snow White seeks sanctuary in a quaint cottage belonging to seven dwarfs, escaping the wrath of her envious stepmother, the wicked Queen,” the film’s synopsis reads.
‘Waiting on a Wish’
While Snow White will include many songs from the original Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs, including “Whistle While You Work” and “Heigh-Ho,” it will also feature new compositions, including “Waiting on a Wish.”

The film’s replacement for “I’m Wishing,” “Waiting on a Wish” was written by Benj Pasek and Justin Paul.
