Entrance Gates Updated at Disney California Adventure Park

A lot is going on at Disneyland right now! Pixar Putt is happening at Pixar Place Hotel, 70th Anniversary preparations are underway, and Disneyland’s Lightning Lane Premier Pass purchase window has been extended.

We’ve also seen some construction updates, including over at Disney California Adventure Park.

New Entrance at Disney California Adventure Park

New entrance gate features have opened up at Disney California Adventure Park! There are new screens, a new gate, and more.

As you can see, there are some built-in screens here that look like they could be used for facial recognition in the future, but they aren’t being used for it right now. 

Here’s a closer look.

The new gates are made of glass and they have a design on them themed to Carthay Circle.
