California Craft Brews is a MUST-DO at the Disney California Adventure Food & Wine Festival!
If you’re planning a visit to the 2025 Disney California Adventure Food & Wine Festival, you simply HAVE to keep reading.
The event may have only just started today, but our reporters have already found some dishes you’re not going to want to miss out on. Grab your forks and your festival guide maps, and let’s get eating!

California Craft Brews
Come find us over by California Craft Brews, the marketplace booth with the funky bar-style marquee up on top.
There are some dishes on the menu here that have got our reporters talking, and we’re going to tell you all about them right now!

Sloppy Joe Slider
First up is this Sloppy Joe Slider burger, which features Impossible Beef. That’s right — it’s a vegetarian sandwich!

Well, what can we say? This was definitely a Sloppy Joe, all right!
The texture and taste were there, with a tantalizing hint of herb butter drizzled on top. The cheese pulled the whole thing together, making this a really nice sandwich to enjoy. While it might not be the most highly-recommendable item on this menu (more on that in just a second!), we’d certainly enjoy this again for $8!

Lemon Pepper Wings
Ok, grab your forks, folks! Next up are these $9 Lemon Pepper Wings, served with garlic ranch. Our reporters quite literally used the word “phenomenal” to describe this dish, so we think you’ll want to note this one down!

Fresh, flavorful, and fabulous — these wings really did have it all. They were tender in the center, yet the exterior was crisp and rich in that delicious lemon-pepper seasoning.
The ranch was also tasty and seemed to be rather high-quality, and it was unmissable when paired with the chicken.
All in all, we’d certainly recommend you try these for yourself on your next visit to the festival!

Mango Guava Cocktail
To drink, our reporters ordered the alcoholic Mango Guava cocktail, which blends vodka with mango puree, guava nectar, cucumber syrup, and lemon juice. There’s even a fun rainbow belt gummy on top! It costs $17.
We really enjoyed this drink, which was tangy and boozy at the same time. The candy topping added a fun bit of sourness to the drink — we’d recommend using a straw to mix it up properly before diving in!
If you’re not a fan of alcohol, it’s worth noting that a different version of this drink is also available from the menu, removing the vodka and switching the sour belt for a mango lollipop. That one costs $8!
To conclude? Well, we’ve said it before, but we definitely think you shouldn’t miss a trip to California Craft Brews during your visit to the 2025 Disney California Adventure Food & Wine Festival!
