BREAKING: Typhoon Lagoon Reopening Date and Blizzard Beach Closure Date Revealed!

Yeah, yeah…winter is great and all, but we’re ready for sunny days in the water. That’s why we love visiting Disney World’s water parks–and we now have the closure and reopening dates for both locations!
Typhoon Lagoon Reopening Date
In the latest Disney Parks Blog post, it was revealed that Typhoon Lagoon is reopening on May 1st, 2025! That means, starting in May, you can hop back into the Typhoon Lagoon Surf Pool, scream through Miss Adventure Falls and Crush n’ Gusher, or take a relaxing approach over at Castaway Creek.

Blizzard Beach Closure Date
Scott Gustin also shared the expected closure date for Blizzard Beach: April 30th, 2025 (at the end of the day).Check out his post on X, revealing the date:
