Every single EPCOT festival consists of a famous food crawl where you can get a free prize just for trying different foods! For the EPCOT Flower & Garden Festival, it’s the Garden Graze.
2024 EPCOT Flower & Garden Festival
Disney just released the full menus for the festival, so now we know about all the items that are going to be on the food crawl! Let’s take a look.
2025 Garden Graze
Before we look at the items, we’re going to explain the Garden Graze. How it works is you try five items listed on the graze and collect a stamp in your Festival Passport for each one you buy.
Garden Graze 2024
Once you have all five stamps, you take your Festival Passport to Pineapple Promenade and get a completer stamp and a prize! It’s usually a Dole Whip treat and something fun like wildflower seeds.

You can try any five items listed on the graze and you can repeat, so if you want to get the same item five times, you can do that! And, every single item on the Garden Graze is plant-based.
