Shanghai Disney Resort Launches Dream Vocational Campus
Exciting international Disney news! Shanghai Disney Resort is making waves and positively impacting the future of the tourism industry. The resort just announced the launch of the Shanghai Disney Dream Vocational Campus.

This innovative virtual college program is coming soon (March 2025) at the Shanghai Institute of Tourism and will provide students with immersive learning experiences based on the resort’s successful operational strategies.

The program is designed to bridge the gap between education and industry. It will offer students hands-on training with real-world industry insights and valuable internship opportunities.

Program Structure
The Vocational Campus will focus on students majoring in various fields, including Tourism Management, Hotel Management and Digital Operations, Omni-media Advertising Planning and Marketing, and Exhibition Planning and Management.

The program will integrate education and coursework with real-world Disney practices. This ensures graduates of the program are well-prepared for careers in hospitality, entertainment, and tourism.
Talent Development
This is not the first program to identify early talent for the resort. Shanghai Disney has utilized previous initiatives like the Shanghai Disney Resort Talent Class, which has trained over 2,400 students since 2016.
